This was such a fun experience, and I learned more about Italian cuisine and culture. It was great to talk to a local, make a dish with food from their farm, and the view was also amazing!!! It was the first time I made mozzarella and pasta. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a fun afternoon!
Their wine is fantastic and pairs really well with the view of the coastline they have. My wife really wanted to do a cooking class, and I didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I did! Thankfully, I ended up doing well and enjoyed the meal after. Our host was really friendly and welcoming, and made the experience unforgettable.

VISIT A FARM ON THE AMALFI COAST WITH STUNNING VIEWS
Join the Cooking Class Amalfi and make your own Italian food - fresh pasta, mozzarella and tiramisu! Your instructor is a local from Amalfi, whose family, the Acampora, is one of the oldest dynasties on the Amalfi coast. The class takes place in an Amalfitan farmhouse, which the family has been caring for over centuries. It has amazing views of the Amalfi Coast and the Gulf of Salerno. The farm is called Luna d'Agerola, which comes from a poem with the same name by the poet Salvatore Di Giacomo, which he wrote while spending time at the farm! His poem is one of the first texts in the Neapolitan language. Your instructor will show you the farm and the view of the Amalfi coast!
MAKE ITALIAN DISHES
With the help of your instructor, make tiramisu from scratch, following Nonna Maria's recipe! Then, get ready to make mozzarella. You will use the milk from a cow on the farm. Enjoy a meal paired with organic wine. Finally, you will make fresh pasta from scratch!
ENJOY A MEAL WITH WINE
After you finish making the food, sit down and share a meal with others on the Amalfi Coast! If you want, you can make your cooking class a private experience and share fun moments with only your loved ones. After the meal, you might head to Sorrento for a Sorrento Walking Tour, a relaxed way to stroll through the town while tasting local cuisine. For the following day, many travelers also book an Amalfi to Capri private boat tour, the perfect continuation with sea views and a visit to the famous island.

A short history of tiramisu
Tiramisu's name means "pick me up" from "tirami su" in the Treviso dialect, where the dessert was created in the 1960s. People say it was created by a woman who ran a brothel as a pick-me-up for her customers. Before fridges became common in kitchens, the dessert was only popular in and around Treviso, as it doesn't keep for long. It's made with eggs, sugar, coffee, cocoa, ladyfingers, and mascarpone.
